What do I get from the free tax estimation?
The free tax estimation shows a planning estimate, payment timing, the calculation steps used, confidence, missing inputs, and source links before you decide what to save.
Do I need to speak Italian?
No. Domifis is built so you can understand property information in Italy in your language.
Is this only about taxes?
No. Taxes are the first concrete output, but Domifis is also built around deadlines, documents, expenses, official notices, and local rule changes.
Is Domifis a tax advisor or lawyer?
Domifis provides information, organization, explanations, and source-backed estimates. It does not replace a tax advisor, lawyer, or official filing service.
What happens when something is uncertain?
If something is uncertain, Domifis shows confidence, missing inputs, and which sources or property details should be checked next.
What information do I need to start?
Start with the address and what you know about ownership, cadastral details, rental status, and dates. “Not sure yet” is allowed; Domifis will show which missing inputs matter.
Can I use Domifis if I live outside Italy?
Yes. Domifis is designed for owners managing Italian property from another country, especially when documents, notices, and deadlines arrive in Italian.
Does Domifis cover rental income, cedolare secca, and IRPEF?
The first workflow checks IMU and rental-tax paths, including cedolare secca versus ordinary IRPEF signals where the rental details are sufficient.
Does Domifis file taxes or make payments for me?
No. Domifis shows estimates, sources, missing inputs, checklists, reminders, and payment/form preparation paths. It does not submit official filings or make bank payments for you.
How are estimates sourced and dated?
Tax conclusions are tied to source links, retrieval dates, confidence, and missing inputs so you can see what is verified and what still needs checking.
Is my property data sent to analytics?
No. Analytics are privacy-conscious and do not receive property addresses, tax inputs, or email addresses.
